About the Event

Masque Family Theater’s production of Animal Ensemble uses a circus theme to delight and demonstrate our role as creative thinkers. Puppies play, lion trainers trick, and monkey business ensues, as we see ourselves. The mask and body language speaks without saying a word. Hiding the face, it reveals a range of emotions. One of the oldest human tools, it has helped us make sense of our world and symbols masks still provide us, in the digital age of the 21st century, a means of communication, face to face.

With local performers Adelka Polak, Kendra Garnett and Nick Carrano, Masque Family Theater invites you to an outdoor night full of fun!  Enjoy the beautiful outdoor space of the 550 Gallery in Bethlehem, CT. and entertainment for kids of all ages.

For this performance, rather than traditional seating, we will have 12x12 foot circles which individual families will be able to occupy to encourage social distancing. The circles will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis. Masque Family Theater kindly asks all attendees to please wear a face-covering at all times to promote our community’s health and well being, we will also provide disposable masks for those without them.

We welcome you to bring blankets, drinks, food or whatever else you might like to enjoy our show with.  Parking will open at 4pm, the show will begin promptly at 5pm.
